Hostel Rules

  1. 1Carry your hostel ID card at all times within the premises.
  2. 2Entry closes at 9:00 PM; late entry requires prior warden approval.
  3. 3Ragging in any form leads to immediate expulsion and legal action.
  4. 4Alcohol, tobacco, drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited.
  5. 5Cooking appliances and heaters are not permitted in rooms.
  6. 6Keep rooms and common areas clean; room checks are conducted weekly.
  7. 7Visitors are allowed only in the reception area during visiting hours.
  8. 8Report any damage or maintenance issue within 24 hours.
  9. 9Quiet hours are observed from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM.
  10. 10Leaving campus overnight requires an approved outpass.

Monthly Progress Updates

Attendance and academic performance reports are shared with parents every month via SMS and email.

Parent–Warden Connect

Speak directly to the hostel warden between 10 AM and 6 PM on any working day.

Visiting Hours

Sundays and public holidays, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the hostel reception with valid ID.

Fee & Documents Helpdesk

A single window in the Admin Block for all fee, scholarship and document queries.
